Our self catering units are small but have the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. For longer stays they are best suited to single occupancy but can accommodate two for shorter stays. Discover all the rooms amenities below.
Are you looking for a larger self catering unit? ilanda Guest House, our sister establishment on the same property, also has self catering units for couples, families and groups and standard rooms without kitchens.
SELF CATERING KITCHEN
Prepare your own meals
Each unit has a self catering kitchenette with microwave, 2 plate stove, bar fridge, sink, toaster, kettle, cutlery & crockery. A braai is available on your patio. For long term stays (1 month or more) we can provide a full sized fridge.
Bring your own tea and coffee as these are not provided. Please note there is no oven in the room.
FREE WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in each room and public areas.
PRIVATE PATIO WITH BRAAI AND FURNITURE
The dining and seating area is outside on your patio. You are welcome to use the public covered lapas as well.
ENSUITE BATHROOM
The ensuite bathrooms has sink, toilet and shower. We provide shower gel & shampoo in dispensers, and a bath towel per person, one hand towel, bath mat bar and soap.

PARKING
Park in front of your room
We have ample parking space on the property and you can park in front of your unit for your convenience. Whether you drive a sedan, bakkie, trailer, caravan or truck you'll find a place to park safely.
SWIMMING POOL AND LAPA
Relax outdoors
Enjoy the beautiful Mpumalanga weather and relax by the swimming pool. The swimming pool has a covered lapa, outdoor furniture and braai to relax.
THE GARDEN & DAM
You are welcome to walk all over the 9 hectare property. Discover indigenous trees and plants in the flowerbeds around the guest house. There is 500m walk to the dam with a cabin to enjoy and meandering paths in the veld. The gate to the dam and veld are open from approximately 0730 to 1630. For early risers we can provide the lock code. If you are walking late afternoon send us a WhatsApp and we'll leave the gate open for you.
