DEPOSIT POLICY
To confirm your booking a deposit must be paid at the time of reservation.

For 1 nights stays, same day or next day bookings: 100% of booking value.

For longer stays with special rates: 100% of booking value.

For all other bookings: 50% deposit.
Please note that the rooms are not guaranteed until proof of payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel at any time any non-confirmed reservation.
Self check-in requires full payment before arrival

31 days and more before arrival: full deposit refund.

Less than 7 days prior to arrival: no deposit refund.

Early check-out: Booking will be fully charged / forfeited.
