RATES

WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTS

We offer special rates for weekly and monthly stays. Kindly contact us for additional information.

DEPOSIT POLICY

To confirm your booking a deposit must be paid at the time of reservation.

  • For 1 nights stays, same day or next day bookings: 100% of booking value.

  • For longer stays with special rates: 100% of booking value.

  • For all other bookings: 50% deposit.

Please note that the rooms are not guaranteed until proof of payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel at any time any non-confirmed reservation.

CANCELATIONS

  • ​31 days and more before arrival: full deposit refund.

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: no deposit refund.

  • Early check-out: Booking will be fully charged / forfeited.

  • No shows: Booking will be fully charged.

  • All cancelations should be done & confirmed in writing.

ALTERATIONS

  • All changes should be done & confirmed in writing.

  • For all amendments in (adding units, guests or days) the reservation amount will be recalculated.

  • Should the check-in be amended to a later date, the original arrival date will be used cancelation policy.
