Mpumalanga Show 2024 – Thursday 5 September Programme

The Mpumalanga Show is one of the province’s biggest annual events, and Thursday, 5 September 2024, is packed with family-friendly entertainment, exhibitions, and live performances. 

Gates open at 09:00, giving visitors the whole day to explore exhibitions, Dino World Expo, livestock sheds, reptiles, and the poultry and fancy pigeon show. 

Throughout the day, you can catch demonstrations like sheep shearing and farrier work, while thrill-seekers can enjoy monster truck rides in the car section. 

The show’s official opening parade starts at 11:00 at the main gate, followed by the Premier’s opening address on the main stage at 12:00. 

As the evening sets in, the stage comes alive with live music from Stix, Just Sam, Coenie Naude, Early B, and Heuwels Fantasties, before DJ Jaydon closes the night with a high-energy set. 

Whether you’re coming for the animals, exhibitions, or the music, Thursday at the Mpumalanga Show promises a full day of fun.
