Which gates are currently closed in Kruger National Park?

As of January 23rd 2026 the following Kruger National Park gates are closed:

Phabeni Gate
Orpen Gate
Phalaborwa Gate
Punda Maria Gate
Pafuri Gate/Border Gate
Giriyondo Border Gate

Only 4 gates are currently open with strict daily quotas: Numbi Gate, Malelane Gate and Paul Kruger Gate. Crocodile Bridge Gate has re-opened for day visitors only.
